Then I would STRONGLY reccomend (check my spelling Spook) you copyright the company name or whatever you can do to legally claim it. If she is going to try to use the name for other purposes then she's only doing it because it's already been established and is known. That would help her get the word out when she starts her little project. Make it yours the right way so that she can't.
