I have several Chickens and one of my aracaunas is somewhat lethargic, she eats and drinks but is not as peppy as she usually is, She also has a little clear fluid coming from her beak when she bends over this is only every now and then not consistently. Her poo was yellow and soft with darker brown that was firmer in texture, there was also a slightly pink substance kinda looked like a worm all coiled up. It was not there yesterday and I started them on a wormer today because we brought in a new rooster 10 days ago. Could this be Colli? is that correct or possibly sour crop? I did notice some feed that had a little mold on it from all out heavy rains. All the other girls seem active and happy. Any help would be great.

To me, the mold on the feed is the red flag, even more than introducing a new bird. Yes, both e. coli and cocci could be the problem, among other things, but it is well known that molded feed can cause botulism. I would do some searches here for botulism, and treat for it.

It is also quite possible that the new rooster brought a disease into your flock. If that is the case, for many diseases, there is not a lot you can do about it at this point, short of culling the flock, or knowing that any survivors will always be carriers. This is why I would try treating for botulism first; at least it can be treated.
