I've looked all over but I can't find and hatchery or ranch with chickens on it in this place! I just want to know if anyone knows if theres any places here...

Your closest will probably be Sandhill preservation center. (Iowa) and McMurray also in Iowa.

I saw an ad in a newspaper for a place that sells processed chickens - like an organic place that uses those air dryers or SOMETHING - they're here in nebraska but down south I believe.

depends on what type of chickens you're after. There's Central Hatchery in Madison and Norfolk Hatchery in Norfolk. If you're lookin for backyard flocks, auctions, and swaps, get a subscription to Midwest Messenger, you'll find ads in there.
