Lemonberry nodded, half relieved that she didn't have to do anymore running, the rush of adreniline ended and her wounds made themselves known to her. She limped from den to den and told the cats inside that Sparrowfur was injured and couldn't have visitors. Then she sat down and started cleaning her scratches.
 
Lemonberry decided that she should go help the others fight and after deciding that WindWhisker was busy and she shouldn't interrupt by asking if she was allowed to go, bounded out of camp and into the tunnels. Her paws carried her through the underground routes she knew so well towards the Shadow Clan border.
 
Lemonberry leaped at a Shadow Clan cat, he knocked her down easily and Lemonberry fell to the ground with a thud, reopening some of her wounds. She realised it was the same tom she had chased into the woods. Lemonberry struggled under his grip as he dug his claws into her shoulders. "let me go." she growled.
His whiskers twitched in amusement, but he said nothing. Instead he called another Shadow Clan cat over. The first cat dragged her to the border and she tried to claw him, but he dodged all of them. They cornered her against the trunk of a tree and paced around her.
 
blood dripped onto the ground and Lemonberry was momentarily confused before she realised it was her own blood. She wiped a paw quickly over her face to clear the blood from her eyes and in that moment both of them leaped at her, battering her back and face with repeated blows. She yowled in pain and her legs buckled under their weight. They trapped her underneath them and one of them held her muzzle closed, unknowingly covering her nose at the same time.
