Songs that make your skin crawl.

I will say I find most Christian music these days to be cheesy and all the same with no emotional depth, and this is coming from a Christian. There's few I can stand without thinking "was any real thought and emotion put behind this?"
Have you tried Brandon Lake? Some of his are poppy, but a lot of them are pretty raw. Josiah Queen too.

I despise pop country. I can listen to the older country, like Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings and the like--great voices and genius songwriters! Dolly Parton was also a talented singer/songwriter.

My least favorite though is the crap that plays on the radio today. Written by talentless fops and impossible to listen to, shallow lyrics with most of them morally questionable. I'm a child of the 80s and there was so much great music written in the 60s, 70s and 80s that the lame noise they churn out today is laughable by comparison.

I don't like the song Ordinary by Alex Warren.
Not just because I don't like the song in general but because it went viral and was everywhere, I couldn't stay away from it even if I tried.
To further solidify everything, upon learning I didn't like it I've had people purposefully starting singing or even playing it around me.
If there was ever a song I wish I'd never heard, that one's real high on the list.
I agree. Songs that idolize someone go against my Christian beliefs, and that's what the song is about, he's literally worshiping his wife.
Shape of you makes me want to shove a dictionary in front of ed sharran to explain to him the difference between love and lust
I've disliked that song ever since one of my friends played it nonstop when it first came out.
