Bought 5 silkie eggs and 2 chocolate bantam orps... Incubated one orp wasn't fertile so was removed... Well all 6 eggs hatched in the last 2 days and 2 of the hatchlings look like this

I'm not sure if this is helpful, but the chipmunk coloring is common with Easter Egger chicks. I just finished raising 2 myself. Identical coloring.

So many chicks look like little chipmunks at hatch that there's really no way to tell them apart. I'd say that the OP will have to wait until the chicks are fully feathered before we'll be able to figure out breed. Also, the OP thought they were incubating Silkie eggs, so I doubt that these are little EEs--the OP would have noticed something wrong if they set something blue or green (although it's totally possible to hatch EEs from cream colored eggs). I'd also assume these are bantam chicks for the same reason. Hard to mistake an egg from a large fowl for a silkie egg.

Interesting... Yes they are all bantams and they were all hatched from cream/ light tan colored eggs ... I will definitely keep posting pictures as they grow thank you :)
