Hello all!
This is going to be my first time owning chickens. Work relocated my family this past August from the suburbs of Detroit, to the country south of Buffalo, NY. My wife and I immediately started talking about getting chickens. So within the next couple of weeks, I'll be building a coop!
Our 2 sons are very excited, and will be gaining responsibility of helping as much as possible.
We reserved 6 Red Star hatchlings to be picked up in the beginning of April, so I'll be doing a lot of research between now and then!
