I love to watch Judge Judy and just a thought your way. Get in writing with your current landlord that you can break the lease. Saw a person get nailed for doing a verbal agreement instead of a written.
If it's not on paper it didn't happen.

We went and it's looking REALLY, REALLY good for us! We're at the top of her list and should know something by tomorrow afternoon! We can have anything we want, no restrictions and can even make the huge garden as big as we want to!!

I'm just waiting for the pics to be emailed to me from dh. That is, if he'll ever get off of angry birds, lol.

herfrds, that's a good idea. They are a super sweet older couple who aren't professionals but it definately doesn't hurt to make sure all bases are covered.

It's so unfortunate when tragedies occur, but sometimes there is a silver lining. Looks like you guys might be getting a fresh start and beginning a new chapter in your lives. If you are at the top of their list, then I can't see why you guys wouldn't get it. It sounds amazing... I'm so jealous!
