Sore bottom

One of our girls has what appears to be a very sore bottom. What can we do for her?? Soak her in warm water with Epsom salt perhaps?? Our girls don't let us get near them, so we have to trap them at night when they are roosting. Here is a photo or two...

I can't tell for sure from the pictures but at first glance, I'd be guessing vent gleet. Does it smell nasty?

If it stinks, vent gleet is like a yeast infection in chickens, so if that's what it is, she needs probiotics. It's not catchy. Yes, the Epsom salt baths too at night when you can catch her, then put some Monistat cream on it.

Some probiotics around here are the fermented feed, Greek yogurt, Hydro Hen in water, or if in a pinch, ACV with mother (1 TBS/gallon of water and every other day at most of this.)
 
I don't smell anything foul (no pun intended) from her. I don't know how chickens "complain" about pain, but her behavior hasn't been anything out of the ordinary.
