Sore eye or ear... Or something else? :(

Sadly she is being put to sleep - seems the car journey to the vet has been a step too far for her - she was disoreintated and twitching her head and couldn't hold it upright - he thinks its something long term (hence her not laying eggs and being underweight) which has just been worsened by some kind of ear infection or abscess somewhere.

Hey ho, i am very glad I panic bought two more chickens last week!

I think it's take away night tonight! Gonna go home and feel sorry for myself
