Sore inside of mouth

A friend of mine has a serama roo that has a scab on the inside of its mouth, its on the top and the bottom of the mouth. Any idea what it is and what to do for it?....................Thanks................

Probably from biting at wire for one reason or another. "Canker" is the formal name for it. Get some VetRX, peel the scab off and coat it with VetRX. Should fix it up.

The scab is not a spot, its the whole roof of the mouth and the whole bottom of the mouth. I should have made that clear, Im sorry.......................Thanks for your thought...........
