Sore on beak??

I got this baby in today and was looking all my new babies over and noticed a sore on it’s beak or maybe just a red spot but I don’t think so...any ideas or things to help it heal other then keeping it clean and dry?

Looks like she may have been pecked or could have caught it on a feeder.
I would just keep an eye on it, should heal up fine as long as the others aren't bothering it.

Thank guys that’s kinda what I figured but wanted a second opinion. I’ll keep and eye on it and move her to a separate brood box if needed.
