Sore on chickens foot

I was out with my chickens and I noticed this sore on my chickens foot. Any idea what it is and what I should do? This is my first time dealing with something like this.

Hmmmm....it's very hard to tell what it could be. Maybe some others will know.

For now, can you try to put some antibiotic ointment on it? Does she show any pain on that foot?

What does the pads of the feet look like?
She is walking normally, I’ll take a look at the bottom of her foot when I can.
 
Bumblefoot can be treated conservatively or with surgery to remove the pus. Since she is not limping I would probably soak her foot daily in warm Epsom salts water. Here is a good article on bumblefoot:

There are also methods such as using sugardine (betadine and sugar dressing, or Prid drawing salve dressings, changed daily.
