What started looking like a bruise (this poor boy had been beaten up) has now turned into some kind of sore. I tried lancing it but nothing came out. The outer edge (the dark part) has clear fluid weeping from the skin in a few spots. Not sure what this is, anyone know? Kinda looks like a herpes lesion but I really hope not.
Health-wise he's been lethargic, clearly does not feel well. Appetite is down but he eats enough to stay alive. Only been like this a few days. His ears are all scabbed where they pecked him and his comb was cut and bleeding at the back where it joins his head. I don't know if they beat him up because he was feeling weak, or if he is feeling weak because they beat him up.
