Sore on hens back not caused by roaster.

Its about 1/2 in round about 1/4 in deep under wing area. No feather balding I have no roaster. What can I put on it.?

I have no clue what it is, but I would clean with either warm water or betadine , then apply neosporin or other triple antibiotic without pain medications and watch it

Thank you I do have some betadine I’ll try that and more triple antibiotics .
