Do you have plain non pain Relieving Triple Antibiotic ointment? It should work better for that.
It also don't look that bad either.

Do you know what caused the sore? What have you done for it so far? Are the other chickens pecking at it?

This looks like an injury caused by a rooster's spurs or overgrown sharp claws.

A thorough rooster pedicure will help to decrease feather damage and injuries.
