Sore under wing

I have a 5 month old hen. She has had swollen eyes recently that I have been trying to treat but today I found a sore under her wing that I'm not sure what to do with.

Clean it with weak betadine or soap and water, the put neosporin ointment on it daily. Flies may get on it and lay maggot larvae in warm weather, so you might keep her inside for a few days.
