Sorry not a chicken, but advice needed

I have an African goose with what appears to be a "minor eye infection. Any idea what this could be ?? Been using Vetericyn spray for 5 days now and is looking much better. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Looks like some inflammation of the eye tissues, the vetricyn is good idea.
Can you feel any hard lumps of puss?
