Sorry for yet another post but my brain has too many tabs open..!

I’ve had 5 eggs hatch since Thursday, in our incubator.

I’ve also got 5 eggs outside in the coop under our broodies (they’re sharing/babysitting!) I’ve not moved them to a different area, they’re all in the nest boxes still (I have 7 chickens, 6 nest boxes) and one has pipped (they are due this weekend)

Would you move the coop chicks inside to be with brooder chicks? Or should I move inside chicks to the coop seeing as there’s 3 chickens wanting to be a mummy out there?? Or just leave as is?

I’ve got 12 eggs arriving from eBay too which I’m hatching indoors in a bigger incubator, they’ll be hatching around the last weekend of April - will these be ok to be put in the brooder with the currently hatched ones, with a 3 week age difference?

I had a plan in place but you know when you’re doubting yourself..!

I do the opposite. I order chicks to coinside with when my brudie hen eggs will be hatching. That way I can just slip the chicks under her with her new ones and she raises them. She does a better job than me and saves me lots of work .
I have a separate place for my broodies though. She gets to devote all her time to her young ones without any interference, competition or harassment from the other chickens.
Once the chicks are fully feathered they all go back to the flock environment without much trouble
