Pics at 5 1/2 weeks old.
I keep trying to get good pics of Australorp Bob/Maggie here. He/She moves too fast. I'm leaning pullet, since the comb hasn't developed much yet at 6 weeks, and I can only see wattles when I look for them, but this has been his/her stance since week 2. She's my smartest bird. Not terribly friendly/cuddly, but a benevolent, intelligent dictator.
Chickweed in front with Molly behind. Chickweed got PRETTY once her head feathers came in.
Chickweed, Murphy's bum, and Molly.
I wasn't real sure on Chickweed until I took photos. Her comb looked redder than Molly's because her feathers are lighter. Bob/Maggie is most likely a point-of-lay kind of bird.
