sounds ducklings makee 2 pekin ducklings

i have 2 pekins that are a month and a half old - one ocasionally makes a rasp/cough sound, the other makes a kind of whistle- any idea whether they are girls or boys?

Rasp=boy; whistle=girl. It's not for sure until you hear a loud quack, but in my experience whistlers & honkers are girls, raspers & coughers are boys. Congrats--you almost certainly have a pair!

Wonderful! i am always surprised when it works out that way- i got 4 guineas last year- ended up with 2 pairs- that is good to know- one is a bit smaller than the other, and they are just starting to go outside during the day- real fun to watch!
