Can I put the chicken back with others? Seems to be doing o.k. but dont want others to get sick. It has started eating again but is very thin. Just not sure what to do. Thanks for help.

If this bird has something the others could catch it is highly likely they have already been exposed so the only reason you would need to continue to keep them separated is if they were attacking each other.

If they aren't eating, they are going to die. If it were me, and it WAS me, as this is what happened to my little bird a month ago, I would bring them inside the house with me, bring them to see a vet to find out what is actually wrong, and either follow their instructions for treatment or euthanasia.
