Sour Crop? Or something else

I’m posting this for a friend. She has a 9 week old rooster, his softball sized crop turned into a golf ball sized crop but he has not emptied his crop completely. She’s been treating him with ACV and monistat for 4 days. His crop is squishy. She also thinks he has a leg injury because when he walks his one hip almost looks jiggly. Mouth smells like fermented feed. She said yesterday he had liquid coming from his mouth but that has since stopped. Any ideas of what this could be and how to treat it?
