We have been treating sour crop going on 1 day now. Doing monostat and even some olive oil. Had a day without food just grit but still seeing no changes.
When I massage her crop she “burps” over and over again.
Anything else I can do? How long should it take?

How old is your hen?
When was her last egg?

Her crop is ot emptying?

Treatment for crop issues is in the link below. For Sour Crop, generally you do not massage, but sometimes it may be necessary if she's gassy.

Be sure to give the Miconazole 2X a day for a full 7days even if you begin to see improvement, finish the treatment.

It would be better to give chunks of coconut oil instead of liquid oil, you lessen the risk of aspiration, if oils are aspirated this can lead to pneumonia.

It can take days or even weeks to resolve a crop problem, a lot depends on what caused the symptoms to begin with. Very often there is an underlying condition that causes the system to slow. Reproductive disorders, worms, coccidiosis and/or infection are just a few of the common conditions that accompany crop symptoms.
