This was the thread that I used.
petroleum oil based and have 200 mg of the anti fungal. Since my pullet was so young and small. I divided one suppository up in to 4 which would be roughly 50 mg of the anti fungal. I gave her one fourth of the suppository at the morning and the night for about 4 days. She just ate them out of my hand. I also massaged her crop several times a day.
She is now laying me pretty green eggs! She did have a bit of a squishy crop about a month ago. This time, I just watched her and massaged on the crop morning and night. She got through that one with no medication.
This is just my experience and I am not and expert! It just worked for me!
I wish you the best!!!

I will share my experience. Mine was a little Easter Egger pullet around 15 weeks. One evening she just stopped foraging and stood there with an expression of, "OH! I don't feel so great!" I could not get her to eat any grass or really move. I felt her crop and it was squishy. I put her in my chickie hospital in the house (a big dog crate). I did what you did with the apple cider vinegar in the water and yogurt and simple crumbles. I got the monistat suppositories which areI don't personally know but here is a good thread about it:

she has not eaten any of the crumbs mash or yoghurt and barely touched the water with acv in it so I've given her clean water as I don't want her to dehydrate and got some canesten pesiries from the chemist I've chopped them into 3 pieces per tablet and just fed her the first piece in some scrambled egg. Thank god she ate something! She had a little water too. She has water diareah now! So I won't empty the crop again tonight as I don't want her to vomit the tablet back ou,I'm leaving her with scrambled egg and clean water for the night and will see where we are in the morning. I'm praying she will have perked up a bit by morning. Fingers crossed! She's indoors with us for the time being in a cage upstairs away from our cats! She really is a lovely chicken, part of our family and I hope she recovers,I'll be devastated if she leaves us. I'll post in the morning and keep you updated x
