What a pretty picture! I saw it on fb on my phone but it is much nicer on my large screen!!

My baby fluffy butts are growing too fast!! My dh almost has my new coop finished. Maybe tomorrow my silkies will have new dgs. I hope that they can figure out how to walk up a ramp!!! They are so sweet and handle-able but they are not the sharpest tool in the shed!! lol!!
Beautiful snow this morning. At the top of his lungs, my youngest was screaming, "The sky is pouring cotton candy!"

not sure Krish is happy with me, I just ordered a bigger incubator

Robert, you are in deep do-do with Kris now! More turkeys to hatch along with lots more Guineas! You are trading the headaches of horses and puppies for loud and annoying critters. YOU love it. Kris is going to choke you in your sleep though!

We found a turkey nest and I got excited! and KrisH is still working on the gold neck D'Anver thing. just hatched a porcelan and a millie chick, but still very low hatch rate. (Kris is not sure that is bad) new bator should be in this week.

Hey everyone! I am a chicken newbie! we are looking to get some chicks and start a flock. Does anyone know of any hatcheries in the upstate? It looks like the online places people have suggested to me, I can't get females before May and I would like them to be outside by summer (which obviously would require me to get them soon) can anyone help me out? I am looking to get Easter Eggers and Buff Orpingtons.
