South Carolina

Well, Heck, I sure thought that was you.....

Anyway, I plan to come to your grand opening. I like Nutrena feed, I was feeding DUMOOR or another Southern States brand. My chickens were losing feathers, LOTS of feathers.

Two weeks after switching to NUTRENA, they are all looking good and laying better. I am also buying less feed.

Nadine, I sure hope you have a Maran rooster left when I get rid of my extra roosters. I still want one.

I got my first chicken noise complaint yesterday, so I have to do something about the crowing.

So it seems there isn't anyone on this list going to visit the poultry show in Clemson on Nov. 14?

I was going to enter a little white bantam Cochin pullet but I had no where to put her up to condition her since I still have a brooder room full of chicks and I am still hatching.
I am planning on going to look at what is exhibited and see if anything good is for sale.

It is sponsored by the Anderson Bantam Club, I think. I am not sure if they have a website. I just saw it advertised some time back on a listing for shows. Matt might have put a list up from our NC list but I can't be sure if that is where I saw it. I know Luann will know more about it since she will be showing some of her Seramas there and I feel like Karen (from Easley)will be going as well since it is so close.

I hope you do come and we get to visit again!

I plan to go to and show at the Clemson show. Did you already get your show catalog?

I have it down that the show is November 21st. I guess we better make sure what day or it will be just us two showing!

Oh, crap! I heard the show was the 14! I better check my dates because we have a piggie show around the same time but I thought they were a week apart. Ugh!

Let me know what you find out, Luann. I was really wanting to go but can't if it is the 21st because we are headed to Atlanta that day. You know I always said they make sure I can't come. Must be afraid I'll show something that will kick butt.

Well, Luann was right, of course! The show in Clemson is scheduled for the 21st instead of the 14th. Obviously they looked at my schedule and decided to make sure I could not attend again this year. I swear I did see it for the 14th earlier this year but now that is not the case.
Oh well, as long as we attend piggie shows we will not make it to some poultry shows. Unless they did like Greensboro and have it going at the same time. I did get to see poultry there and it was fun and very eye opening about what they judge at fairs.
