24 hours since egg set...steady 99 and 40% humidity!! And the white d'uccle laid again today!! I will set it and any others friday!!!

So...I seriously have got to stay off Greenfire Farms website! I am DROOLING over so many of their breeds but I will go bankrupt trying to get them! My top 3 right now are Cream Legbars, Olandsk Dwarfs, and Rhodebars.

There's the Blue Bredas too though that are gorgeous!! I need to win the lottery!!!

Hope everyone has enjoyed this gorgeous day! I'm loving the fall weather and so are my chickies. We got a little work done on my "transform old building to coop" project...but not near what I wanted to get done! It'll be finished one of these days. Looks like all my pullets have finally started laying too!

YEAH...i think....Momma Orp left the babies to roost...and the babies tried to follow, but they could only make it half way up, but atleast they are off the ground!!!!

NOTICE: the new nestbox I got from Jackie!!! Presh...And today Lucy(EE) laid an egg in it!!!! The Others love it Not so much, yet!!!


OK Update: they did make it to the top. two beside the rooster and two side momma!!! Wow those babies are getting big!!!

I wouldn't mind a barred Holland, but I really want one of the original white ones. Some circles say it is extinct. I find it hard to believe.

that would be very interesting to find some the Barred on listed at extreamly critical so the white very well may be..???
