South Carolina

The show in Clemson is in November and is bantams only.
They just had a show in Greensboro NC this past weekend and Morganton NC the weekend before that. Newnan GA was last month.
You may can find listings on Poultry Press but I never use it so I am not really sure.

I will be sure to let people know. I do tell them about your feed store but so far no one lives in your town. But if they can't find a feed store in Anderson (which I think is odd) I always let them know about yours. I hope you pick up more customers each day. I think chicks are a great way to bring in customers.

hi everybody-
I've just moved to the Charleston, sc area and we're buying a house where I can finally start raising some ducks. Anybody else from the area? can you recommend me some feed/agriculture stores?

What area of town are you in? I'm in Hollywood, just south of Charleston. There are 3 feed stores out our way, maybe 4, I just heard of another getting started. Two are in Red Top and the TSC is on 17 south not far from Red Top.

Juliette, how are you? Remember, when you dance with the devil you have to lead!

I broke down at TSC this year and got 4 ducklings- they so messy and so much fun. Just learning to quack now.
Only 24 chickens after a sale of roos - but I had to let hens go with them.

I hatched a bunch of Ameraucanas from a breeder last fall- turns out they are not pure, so now I have a bunch of EE's just beginning to lay.
I continue on with the Delaware Blue Hens, just shipped the first hatching eggs back to Delaware.

How's your flock doing?

Things are going well here, we really should try to set a time to get together! I've been breeding and playing, concentration on getting some blues into my frizzled and silkied seramas...I even have a blue/brown frizzled silkied serama...he's too cute!

Plus, I've got some blue frizzles in my room, just shy of 4 weeks old...Like I said, just having fun playing!

Oh, almost forgot...I also have 2 barred serama babies, one brown, one blue...Having this breed really lets me play!

Glad to hear you're keeping busy as well!
