Awww Thank you. Am just getting it started. Hope to actually move it to self-hosted or something in the next year. Right now I just got the domain name thru wordpress & WP hosts it.

That stinks. The few chicks I've gotten from a hatchery (mainly so I could just get pullets) came from WELP. I was very happy with them all three times I used them. Hope you get the chicks in May!

WELP is where we get our broilers.

Yeah, I saw they had that listed. I almost sent them a post about how they should have done it earlier in the year but then checked myself. They could have had problems I do not know about so I am trying to be patient with them. However, customer service goes a very long way.....

I've already been out there and came back in cause it's too muddy and messy still. Hopefully this wind will dry it out a bit, it should be good for something right?

I have pickled eggs only once. My husband loves them and asks me for them but I don't eat them so ..... guess they're not on my priority list.

Besides, I sell the quail eggs faster than I can produce them. And my 6 year old will ONLY eat quail eggs (not chicken eggs) so I try to keep some for him. He loves the teeny tiny deviled eggs. They really are cute.

And they taste good too.

I don' t eat eggs really. OK so once a year, sometimes twice a year, I will eat an egg & some toast. Otherwise - EW
Todd loves eggs. He doesn't like pickled eggs though.
My sister LOVES pickled eggs. I was thinking quail eggs would be cute pickled

What's in your current flock?
Seems EEs mesh well with almost anything. My wyandottes seem to be good.....an egg a day from my one girl so far, and calm - although do not like me chasing them down for anything

I bought Easter Egger hatching eggs from you at the Morganton show and I just had to tell you that EVERY LAST ONE hatched! As in, no candling, no removing of any eggs, EVERY SINGLE ONE HATCHED and are just as cute and rambunctious as they can be! Obviously a great testament to how healthy and happy your chickens are!! I'm splitting the hatch with another local woman, she's coming by today with her toddler to pick out her babies. She's never had chickens before and is SO excited!

THANK YOU!!
