Creamed honey is a spreadable form of honey. All honey will granulate at some point depending on the nectar source.
With creamed honey, I encourage the granulation to start and control the process so that the honey is creamy instead of grainy (sp?)

I am not hatching anything right now. Just got a little tired of babies. I know that is hard to believe.
I still have my orpington breeding pens set up if anyone wants eggs. One pen has a black roo over 4 splash hens which
has been hatching 100 % blue chicks.
I may have some pairs or trios for sale a little later on.
It is 37 at my house.
Glad I covered the tomato and pepper plants up last night.
Off to let the chickens and guineas out.
They may have their long johns on.
