Sigh. *comes shuffling onto this thread*

My serama thread I hover over has been locked up and the key thrown away. So mad. Several people were arguing and I got wrapped in it. Now ive got warning points too. Over silly stuff too! Agh! I shall never know now what color my two males are.

*pouts*

I got a big storm last night too. Had to shoo all the chickens into their house before it got bad. The pheasant chicks didn't understand the concept of finding shelter. They're not very smart

Due to hatch in another 2 days! Hold tight there, maybe something will emerge!
And yes, you are first on the list for getting to pick what you want, if any. I only have a few eggs that have made it so I hope you get something out of the eggs. The photo sure looked cute.
About half the eggs were clear or I would email the person for some more. Great price but not when there are only a few to make it to hatching time. We need to find some more. You know I will hatch stuff for you if you want it. You are my favorite friend called Yancy!

I found some on ebay yesterday but they were Tolbunt Polish and OMG! Gorgeous! Even though I started the bidding low, in a few hours people had it up to $50 for 6 eggs. I have no idea what it is now since I took it off my watch list.

I am glad you are back with us. The heat must take it out of folks that even are inside most of the time. Terry hasn't been right all summer. I certainly have the blah's!

I get sick of watering chickens every morning and evening but I know how necessary it is for them. I forgot one pen one night and the next morning so by noon when I went to add ice the poor dears thought I had cut their throats. I felt super bad and gave them lots of treats to ask forgiveness. They didn't seem all that thirsty but the water was pretty cold, too. I just have so many that sometimes one seems to fall by the way side. Thank goodness that they survive my stupidity.

Wow! YOU got warning points? You never say anything out of the way on here! You are always so nice and polite. Sorry about the Serama thread.
Post your photos here and lets see if any of us can help you out.

Yes, we had rain here last night. Every time Joy and I meet up it follows us. I guess we know what to do if we ever get in a drought!

I do wish you guys lived closer! My polish are over their 22 week period and could start laying, although I bet they wait until cooler weather. With encouragement from my DH I have decided to sell a few of the adult polish. I am thinking maybe my Buff Laced trio and maybe some of my Golden Laced, although they are kind of my favorite next to my White Crested Blacks. Oh, and the Blues--not real fond of the blues for some reason. I told him I would put them up for sale but not give them away by any means. Hopefully this will keep him from looking in the silkie pen!

Jackie B. :

I got the car washed yesterday specifically to encourage the rain. My poor plants and chickens needed it. You're welcome everyone!

Jackie, you need to wash that car more often!!! Thank you!
