they look the same to me LOL!

I understand what to look for now..i think.........will try to get a pic of my one when it is not raining

The one in the middle/right has white dots, the other 2, front and back, have what I call chevrons instead of dots. If you were here looking at them you would see the difference as the Lavender does not have the shine the Coral Blues have.

If I sell some of DH's hens, I may have some money! But I already do not expect to see anything I want lol.

I guess I will run Nicole to bed early Friday night. Maybe. Or fill her full of energy drinks that morning!

She gets up around 6 or 630 every morning to take her dog out so it won't hurt her to stay up!

Mine has white dots...I think. More dots than chevrons. I have not noticed a shine to him.......but he is really skittish........although he likes getting on the deck and looking in the kitchen window and calling for me..........

of course Baiting deer in is illegal in Sc.. so I dont suggest trying it.. my husband knew a guy that did and wheww they ripped him a new one... hugh fines and they confiscated his riffles big big.. serious punishment..

My horses love acorns
. but they get a lot of gas from them.
sickbyc.gif
. and its like being around a peanut butter factory.. PEEEAA wheww..

only so much of that smell you can take.. and I haven't had a PB& J sandwich since they started eating them ahha..

. and this year there is an abundance, which if you go with -wives tales -, means its going to be a hard cold winter.. when mother nature provides more nourishment to animals.. early Watch out.. she's a come'in !
)O(

Pink

Persimmon tree predicted a snowy winter!

I dont have to bait...we have oaks, and too many deer drinking out of my pool in daylight...I was just telling why people sell them... walmart sells deer corn all hunting season so its ok to sell but not use!!LOL

I was giving money making ideas!!

you can put corn out for deer. and you can shoot over a pile of corn during daylight hours. you cannot bait for turkeys. at least that is the way it is down here.

She walks on her ankles with her feet curled in. I just put a photo of her on my West Knoll Facebook. But anyhow, I am not sure she has ever tried to get on anything until the barn roof. I was surprised because she never even flew up on top of the trampoline. I didn't even see her tonight but I had customers, the horses got out when the storm this afternoon blew a tree down over the back fence, it poured rain most of the afternoon and made it difficult to feed and collect eggs. What a day!
My buff dundotte was out of the trampoline though when I went to look for Cryp. She probably went into the coops with the other Guineas but I will certainly be looking for her in the morning. It just gets dark way too quick now.

Can your girl curl her toes at all to hold on?

Magnificent! The pen and the blues!
I would get more pens but that means more work and I already have so much to do.
Our wind changes directions around here all the time. I thought for sure that the wind would not be bad from the east but last April it smashed up that one dog pen so bad I was afraid i had lost my chickens. I live in an area called Little Chicago for several reasons and one is because of the wind.

The heavy, sudden rains worry me here with the kennel. I have to make sure I have enough peak to the tarp on top--we collapsed a kennel here early this year with our dog in it. It even shocked DH!

I would love some pictures or directions on how ya'll do the tarps and tops on kennels...I have one 10x10x6 I scored for my ameracaunas and it has collapsed and broke one side top rail right in half at the same time...all I could do is "crawl" in and slit the tarp...since I am wicked with weapons I slit it so much that the rain goes thru now...but floods the coop/run...thanks for some pointers!
