Gary does love to talk chickens. He knows a lot about them. Been in them for longer than some of us have been alive.
Good to know you already have some of his bloodline and I am sure you would be pleased to get more of is birds.
And I don't even have any of his Ameraucanas! I went with bloodlines from different places so if I had to get something local it would not be exactly the same. But it doesn't mean I don't like his birds.

Hum, I might have to get some eggs from your birds when you are ready to part with some so I could have two lines to work with. Not sure where I am going to put this new project but I am excited to work it in. And yes, Gary does love to talk chickens!

I finally made it on...Been on the road all day...Got a new puppy so its gonna be a short visit! He needs some supervision with Gator Dawg! He is a Merle Aussie mixed with " some huge farm dog" that she cant remember what it was.Both parents were pure she said and she bought him then had to change jobs.

The white is brighter than I thought when I looked at the snapshots...I missed it bad yesterday!!

every time I find the "hidden nest" Elsea ( oh shes a tricky one ) she goes and distroys it and they never go back to it..( she gets so mad at me when I find them she squables the whole time shes walking next to me.

. ) so now I have to find the latest nest.. Ive tried to leave an egg.. nope Ive left golf balls. nope.. and its not just her that uses the nest. but once she says thats it.. thats its.. she must have a whole lot of pull with the other girls.. haha..

all of sudden too.. everyone is grown up..

and oh my gosh It looks like I have a lot of chickens.. whew... I know I have two for sure too many roosters that don't go with any of the girls. but uh my gosh are they... horn..... well you know.. the girls favorite rooster is the big Barred Rock that we won last fall at the lincolnton swap in NC. ( i think that was the town..) he is the least physical with them.. he stays clam with them and doesnt ask alot of them.. not like the other horn dogs. ...

and he keeps the dog off of them .. now that everyone is grown up I dont know if I want to get the barred hollands this spring like I had planned or not.. Colton still wants a little flock of his own? but I dont want to get where they are eating us out of house and home.. ??? lots of decisions.. I know when I see those little peepers in TSC Illb e hooked again.. ahhhhh...

I got rid of the ads. You do that through your profile tab. then click edit preferences. Scroll down until u see advertising preferences and you can click t he box to turn it off...after you do that be sure to click the blue SAVE button on teh right - below that

I can't find it and I can't get anything to work. Stupid, stupid changes!!!

I went to my Profile but there isn't anything on there that says edit preferences.
