Hi

I have been lurking here on and off for about three years now, and introduced myself long ago, but since I have been lurking steady for a while that I would reintroduce myself. My Husband and I are from Greer and have 28 chickens.

We have quite an odd ball group, but they are a lot of fun. We have 8 Buff Orphingtons, 6 Light Brahma Hens, a Delaware Pair, a Barred Rock Triplet, a Rhode Island Red Hen, 2 Black Star Hens, 2 Malaysian Game Hens , 2 Easter Egger Hens and a Cuckoo Maran Pair. My class incubated several of them last year.

I think Joy's birthday is next month??? The eggs I gave her (which she sat today) should hatch around her b day. It's like celebrating twice- eggs one day chicks three weeks later :)

You are right Nikki! That's exactly what I was thinking. My birthday is March 7th and these eggs will hatch very close to that. I'm so excited! Thanks again
