Went by the vet b4 work this am. They had to sedate him again due to tremors, starting to seize. Bloodworm fine. Calcium, protein, white count, others all ok. If he wakes up again with tremors, I'll have to put him down. Possible brain tumor? Wouldn't know for sure w/o lots of tests. Gonna go see him at lunch. Pray he's ok. I've told my boys max may not come home. They said for me to tell my boss I wouldn't b n today bc max was sick. He's in save hands, my mom is with him. Will post update later.

Too many pages to catch up on! I'll have to put a post it on the monitor to remind me to check here more often. Seems all I ever do is read, just most of it is for school and not for pleasure anymore ;) That being said, I did manage to set some eggs in the incubator last night so in roughly 21 days, the hobby/ obsession/ compulsion/ preoccupation will return full force and I'll be back to myself :) The darkest eggs are from a Standard Blue cochin.

The d'anvers are in their new home. They were so happy to be out of the barn and in the sunshine in their new little coop! They spent a long time dust bathing and sunning. I LOVE them! And the little rooster's crow is HILARIOUS! I'll try to upload a video later

I hope he does make it home. I'm so sorry!

Well, I have been out of the loop for a few days! We closed on our construction loan on Friday and had to run around picking out appliances, carpet... all the good stuff. That's the one thing with a modular home. You have to do it all ahead of time and then hope you like it! The house should be here by the end of March and we should be able to move in mid-May. I can't believe it's actually happening!

My chickens are starting to lay again! I have five eggs in the Ameraucana coop today! About time some of these girls earn their keep!

Hope everyone is doing well. Looks like the end of the week is going to be nice. We had planned to go to Newnan but I think we're just going to stay home. My kids have a four-day weekend and it's my husband's birthday. I just want a nice quiet weekend.

I hope everyone going has a blast!
