I think I am going to have to go invest in one to try today...My big flock runs out daily and if I didnt get to fill it late at roost and then got called to work they would be out of water for a few hours!! I am diligent on the late afternoon fill but it would be nice to not have to worry sooo much...

One of the things I liked was that you can just pull off the lid and "top it off" and clean as needed. can add a gallon or two wihout having to plug it up. and the crud should not flow back into the main resevoir. I'll let you know how it goes.

That is a nice coop...when I saw it I thought it was a local guy who is building small,very simple coops and putting 6 young birds with it...his coops are way over priced but this is a super awsome deal!!! I am gonna post pics of our newest one n a while...almost done!!!

what did you say you ran you humidity at on yout incubator and did you find that form you had found online?

Ok I found why I couldnt get mt humidity up lol. Apearently the therm./hygr. i bought has to be inside for the humidity reading

. And the inside outside reading is just for the Temps. So now i have to get my humidity down

That is not a dust bath area! Though I won't be too surprised if that is what it becomes. Hopefully i have it overflowing with herbs before they get any ideas about bathing in it...

I'm almost recovered from last night's ball. Sunday school, church and lunch out with my mother-in-law did not help. I think I had too much ball at the ball. And not enough sleep. At least it's a pretty day outside!

I like the looks of that waterer. I need to see if we have that here.
