I am still looking for an Ameraucana hen or pullet...Kimberly found me eggs but I need a started hen!! Blue Wheaten!! And I am not looking for a freebie...I want a great bird!!

OK...I am trying...just hard on me to keep up with all the web sites...I like it much better hangin' on the SC BYC forum page!!! This is a forum and the others are pages...or something...anyway I do know forums are different somehow??? I will keep trying...I just feel like I am missing you guys!!!

I still haven't figured out the difference in Forums and Blogs and Posts...and what is a twitter anyway?!?!?! LMAO!!!

Would you ever guess I work as an IT person...just an Analyst...anyone even heard of JDE?!

Well..so far she's hanging in there! I just went down to check on her and she's sleeping in the nesting box again. I dewormed her today on the advice Kimberly gave me (since she has a really pale comb). Her comb has been way paler than the other since I got them though...so idk. I'll check on her in the morning before I leave for work. She ate and drank well today. She did perk up after a while...but when I first checked on them I was just sure she wasn't going to make it til tonight. I'm really hoping she'll pull through.

I too hope in the morning you will have a much briighter and normal acting hen.

I do know the comb is lighter before they start laying...In our layers it is anyway. But if it is real pale, it is usually worms. If worms get too bad, the bird will feel bony & light too. If that is the case, hope you got it in time.
