Absolutely. I love the Saphire Gems. Unfortunately most of my hens got killed, due to an dog incident where they managed to get into their free roaming area which we did had fenced in. I would love to experience with some other breeds as well. I got several chickens from a lady that sold her house and the new owners didn't want to keep them. It was all mixed breeds but I couldn't keep the smaller ones, the Polish and the English Bantam. The other larger chickens kept attacking them. My friend loves chickens and she started her own little mixed flock and they are very happy there now. I couldn't bear seeing them getting killed.
