she's so awesome... all short and stuff... i think she's going to color up like that golden partridge someone posted up a couple of pages back...

and why don't you guys make the next meet in long beach somewhere... somewhere less desert and more not desert...

just sayin'....

I agree you guys should really plan it at long beach and get the ocean breeze~~~~~ and enjoy the coolness and hang out longer not in the hotness.

Cara (SunValleySeramas) raises Modern Game Bantams as well, I think she has a line of Red Pyle going. I'm not sure if she has any babies or not, but PM her and see!!

BTW, I just hatched out 7 more BB Red OEGB's this weekend!!!! I'm not sure that I'll be doing much more hatching with my OEGBs, unless I see that there is a market for them. So if anybody would like any, PM me and let me know. I like to keep them for at least 4 weeks, to make sure they are healthy, and to determine sex. They all look like chipmunks right now LOL.

I'm looking forward to our next meet up and seeing you all!

yea i'll be sure to pm her as i have been looking for that breed but no luck oh sunnycalifornia i will post pics tomoorrow of the little roo i bought from u he has grown a little but still really small he has his tail and fully feathered except some of his belly but a real beauty i haven't taken any pics as last week i dropped my camera in one of my chicken waterers while taking pics of them and it got soaked so i had to buy a new one yesterday but the memory didn't get busted hope you'll like them

That is so great!! I'll find some baby pics of his dad, and post them for you for comparison. He and the little cochin look like they've grown a whole lot to me.

Pics for you

"George" is the little guys dad. He was born early November of 2010. Here are some shots we took when he was about 2 months old.

Here is "George" at 6 months old, helping us figure out how to do a chicken photoshoot with a background. The wind was blowing, so he's a bit ruffled. Normally his tail fluff isn't that noticeable. He's missing a point on his comb from fighting with my Australorp.

Here is his mom "Tammy" (closest to the front), I got her from a breeder up near the Sierra Nevada foothills. She's a nice bird, that lays well.

Anyhow, your bird has nice parentage, and if you are interested in showing birds, he has the potential! Thank you for taking such good care of my firstborn.

He is dear to my heart. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask me!
