So should we do a park or a house? Do we need to start a new poll for that? My only concern with a park is that people may not be inclined to just hang out for as long. We were there for hours last year...
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you guys on this. Life has been busy with kid stuff.
Last year's meeting was tons of fun and I agree that Pot Pie and Stupid were the best entertainment ever. My kids STILL talk about that! Carri and Ken did a wonderful job hosting and it was tons of fun getting to meet those of you who made it to the gathering.
I haven't yet placed a vote, but I'll say one thing about the park vs. house thing. The upside to a park is that no one has to slave over their home, which can be a nice thing in our busy lives. However, I think a home is more relaxing and children are more contained, allowing their parents more time to sit with their friends, old and new. And, there's one more really important consideration . . . If we do it at a park, the chance of me getting to sample BarkerChicken's home brew is off the table.

PotterWatch, I think we need to go ahead and start planning now, if we want to have it before it gets too hot. Just a thought anyway...
