Here ye here ye... The date has been set for the southern Mini Bash!

SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 30th 2012
Arrive 11:30 am
Lunch 12:00 pm
White Elephant exchange to follow.


The Mini Bash, or MB for short, will be held at my home. For your planning purposes we'll be outside eating, White Elephanting, drinking and sh!t shooting. You'll want to bring chairs to sit on. My address is on Inama Rd, Sauk City, WI. Due to stalkers and my popularity, the house number will be revealed closer to the date.:D


A potluck lunch will be most delish! We should start a list of who's attending and bringing what dish to pass. Non alcoholic beverages will be provided.

There. Now you have plenty of time to plan on attending. We do have the nice bar and winery down the road in case you want to buy your beverages when you get here.

So apparently I have been "yelled"at...oopes....I mean directed by BigFam to come over here are say somnthn. Soooooo....
ummmm......ahhhhhh....Oh! I'm coming to your Party! Yep! me and DH. At least I think he's coming. I guess I'd better tell him he is....
So I will bring some cupcakes. I like cupcakes....and something gluten free for TO. And my White Elephant giftie.
Are we doing a raffle/door prize thingie? If you want I can have DH scare up some door prizes. Feed. Layer and scratch. Does that sound good? Or do y'all just want scratch since it's winter and the chickies could use it to keep warm?
Just lemme know!

Bf4m... I too read your post and came as soon as I could. This the best I could do. I would have been sooner but I have this dumb itchy thing on my shoulder and talked to a friend about it. She's as sympthetic as can be but she said put banana (ugh) type paste on it!

Ok girl..... Here's my post !!! I'll have to see how far you are from me so for now I'd have to say we won't be coming but that could change !!!
 
We should be thre too pending any crazy kids sports schedules I don't know about yet. At least me and the kid..not sure about dh... He is weird about social events and people he does not already know. I told him ya all are just a wonderful any group, but he thinks us chicken people may have lost a screw or two...loves us still, but not sure about th chickens. I tell him to get used to it ...his daugher is very in love do they are going no where,

I will have to ponder white elephant...never had that one before.

As for food, I can bring some sloppy joes and maybe hot dogs for kids... Ihave picky eaters so you never know what they might consume. I reserve the right to changer my mind...

Sandi I really am way to far from you. You'd be on the road along time. So unless you were going to make a weekend of it, I totally understand.

Kristi I totally expect you here since you're not too far at all. I understand about the hubby. Mine is like that. He doesn't even know I'm " having a few people over" for lunch and chicken chat. :lol: I will let him know before hand, but not this far out because he'd just worry and complain for months! ;)

It wouldn't surprise me if he had to work that day!

And Heather...mlh... Cupcakes would be just terrible! I know my children would be so disgusted... :lol::lol::lol:

Frenchie, you could always stay at Bigfam's place for the weekend. She even has air conditioning in her coop in case you wanted to bring some of your roos along for the trip.
