Soy?

I have a box of hot cereal that I thought I would like...and I really don't care for. The ingredients are:

Oats
Unprocessed wheat bran
Milled flaxseed
Soy grits
Untoasted wheat germ
Cracked whole wheat

Those are all of the ingredients - does anyone have an idea if this would be okay to feed the chickens. I thought it might be nice to make some for them when it gets really cold. I'm mostly not sure about the soy...

I'm not an expert but to me it seems fine. Soy protein is actually in a lot of chicken feeds.
