Spa day

Oh my gosh who new a box of dirt in my brooder of 1 week olds pullets would cause so much intertainment. It's spa day .... I have one that will usually check things out first and she was really enjoying the whole box to her self... And then the others noticed... Well the box won't hold them all at once so some are waiting their turn... I'm 43... really why :/have I waited so long to start owning chickens :/

How fun to watch & a great idea! What kind of box did you use? I think I'll try that with my older chicks that definitely need more things to do.

I cut out the bottom of a cardboard box its about the size of a piece if paper. I left the sides pretty high so they wouldnt kick it all out into the shavings... They are loving it
