Space needed?

If I were wanting to raise quail and wanted them to sit on and hatch their own eggs......How much space would I need fo 20 or so quail and which breed would be best suited for this? Thanks

If I were you, Id buy about 75-100 acres and build a solid fence around them, cover the entire place with bird netting, and dont forget the gate.
The only variable I see is the state you buy in, as it will dictate which species you keep.
