Space Requirement for Mealworms

Can anyone tell me how many mealworms can be housed in a 12 X 14 X 4" of substrate for the following stages: 1) Eggs to Larva ? 2) adults to pupa ?

A lot I don't have an exact number but if you go to the learning center tab and click that there is some great info there about raising meal worms
