Maybe you ould make a hoop run ( if you search it on here you should find some pictures of them) with cattle/hog panels then cover that with chicken wire or whatever and then put it on skids so it is movable. Then put whatever kind of wire you want on the ground and secure it with stakes and drag it over it.
