Spaghetti with Bacon and Eggs??

Isn't this basically a modified version of spaghetti carbonara? Almost a deconstructed?

That looked good, too! You are right about the runny yolk. I might add 2 eggs to top off each plate in the one that RingosGarden mentioned. I usually cook up extra spaghetti noodles to give my chickens as a treat. It's fun watching them with it.
 
Diet wise I'm preferentially gluten free. So, I do over easy eggs on top of a lot of different things to add protein/fat/cals to my diet. Taco salad and burgers are a couple of favs.
