Spaghetti with Bacon and Eggs??

This sounded weird but I'm gonna make it tonight and see how it tastes. I'll post pictures later.

I think that I should try it. I like pasta and have some of the angel hair type. I also like bacon and this recipe uses eggs, so it would be another way to use some of mine up.

That looked good, too! You are right about the runny yolk. I might add 2 eggs to top off each plate in the one that RingosGarden mentioned. I usually cook up extra spaghetti noodles to give my chickens as a treat. It's fun watching them with it.

Diet wise I'm preferentially gluten free. So, I do over easy eggs on top of a lot of different things to add protein/fat/cals to my diet. Taco salad and burgers are a couple of favs.

They have gluten free pastas out in the stores now.
