spangle oegb question

I have a roo that has a white feather on his wing. it is only one it is the third feather on the primaries. is this a DQ ?

of course it is on the other side of the bird

the only DQ with spangles : solid white feathers in any section of plumage, except wings and/or head where three or more solid white feathers will disqualify.
